MIA is Lifesight’s family of Marketing Intelligence Agents – autonomous, but never unsupervised. Every agent operates inside customer-defined guardrails set during onboarding: spend ceilings, channel constraints, escalation thresholds, blackout windows. Below your thresholds, MIA can act. Above them, every action requires explicit human approval – with the model that produced the recommendation, the data that informed it, the alternatives considered, the confidence band, and the rollback path all on the same screen.

Every agent action, every prompt, every decision, every executed change is written to an immutable audit log. Exportable for SOX, internal audit, or your CFO’s sanity. Your data trains your models only. No customer data is ever used to train shared models, foundation models, or third-party systems. That commitment is contractual, not promotional.
